Refund Policy

Divine Audio plugins are digital products delivered instantly by email. Because a license key and download are issued immediately at purchase, all sales are generally final once the license has been delivered.

We want you using software you're happy with. We will refund your purchase if any of the following apply:

• The plugin does not install or run on a system that meets the stated requirements, and we cannot resolve it with you.
• You were charged more than once for the same product, or charged in error.
• The product was materially misrepresented on this site.

Requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please contact us — most issues are quick to fix.

We are unable to refund purchases where the license key has been shared or published, or where a refund is requested simply because the product was bought by mistake after the download was accessed.

Email support@divineaud.io with the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
