Terms of Use
Last updated July 2026
Your license
When you buy a Divine Audio plugin you are buying a license to use it, not the software itself. That license is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.
You may use the software on your own computers, for personal and commercial work, including in music you sell or release. There are no royalties and no additional fees for commercial use.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key.
- Distribute the installer or attempt to circumvent license validation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or repackage the software.
Sharing a license key publicly may result in that license being revoked without refund.
Updates and availability
Updates to a plugin you own are included at no cost. We aim to keep products working with current versions of macOS and Windows, but we may discontinue a product or drop support for older systems over time.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is. While we test our products carefully, we cannot guarantee it will be free of defects or compatible with every system and host. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Audio is not liable for lost work, lost revenue, or other damages arising from use of the software. Always keep backups of your projects.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products change. Continuing to use the software after an update means accepting the revised terms. Questions go to support@divineaud.io.
